The Ron Goodwin Library

In his 60 years in the music business RON GOODWIN composed, arranged, orchestrated and conducted music in all fields of the profession. In his early years he arranged for all the leading orchestras of the day and arranged and conducted recording sessions for top vocal artists.

He then recorded under his own name RON GOODWIN AND HIS CONCERT ORCHESTRA and became a top-selling artist in his own right. His first film score was WHIRLPOOL in 1958 and during his lifetime he scored over 60 feature films.

Ron also, for over 30 years, conducted and presented his own brand of popular music concerts all over the world. These unique concerts, always played to enthusiastic audiences, were a mixture of film and popular music from the vast library that he had built up of film themes and arrangements of popular music covering the last 50 years.

THE RON GOODWIN LIBRARY can also provided a complete concert programme tailored to your own needs or individual items for performance. THE RON GOODWIN LIBRARY contains nearly 1600 items covering a wide range of musical styles. Almost all of Ron’s film themes are available for hire to orchestras, all orchestrated by the composer himself. A vast range of popular music and film themes arranged by Ron Goodwin, plus seasonal music used on his very popular Christmas Concerts. THE RON GOODWIN LIBRARY contains many items that are not available from any other source.
